Art TOS

★ You're NOT ALLOWED to use my art for any commercial use without asking me, we can make a deal for it!★ You're NOT ALLOWED to use my art or designs for NFT, AI or any similar stuff★ You're NOT ALLOWED to copy, trace, edit over it or claim my art as yours★ You're NOT ALLOWED to use it for things related to hatred or harassment★ You CAN use it for personal purposes with credits (Beta_Studios on TH)★ If you like, you can ask to send half of the payment first and then the rest after the art piece is complete or send all payment upfront★ I'll use the art I make as example or advertising★ My TA is usually short but I'll let you know if something happens and need more time to finish your comm!

Design TOS

★ ALWAYS CREDIT ME FOR THE DESIGN In any use you make / Or just don't claim the design as yours★ You can redesign the character but credit me as Beta_Studios (my TH) for the original design! However, you are NOT ALLOWED to edit over my art★ DON'T DELETE THE TH PROFILE OF THE ADOPT  If you decide to hide the TH profile, I would like to know! And if possible, I would like to have an access to the profile of the bean★ You can resell it, gift it or trade it, but tell me the user that you're selling it to!★ Don't sell it for more than the original price unless you got more art of the them★ DON'T use my designs for any kind messages of hate, cruelty, racism, promoting harassment, etc. And NO AI, NFT or any similar stuff★ DON'T use my designs, adopts and/or art to make NFT, AI content or with commercial proposes★ You are allowed to colorpick, I think noone can owns colors, just don't steal the designs★ If you got any question about something that I don't say here just tell me!
